This amendment (i) strengthens disclosures on the limitations and risks of analytics such as 1RM/trend estimates; (ii) clarifies health & safety warnings and the user’s assumption of risk; and (iii) enhances the warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and user indemnification clauses so that, within the scope of applicable law, the Company reasonably limits its liability and improves user safety.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by AIFIT Co., Ltd. (“Company”) and set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and the conditions for provision and use of the Service between the Company and users of the Service (“Users”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for, access, or use the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Company: AIFIT Co., Ltd., which provides the Service via a mobile application.
  2. Service: All features provided through the app, including routines, workout logging, notifications, and analytics.
  3. Application (App): Any program installed on a mobile device for using the Service.
  4. User: Any person (member or non-member) who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  5. Member: A person who creates an account (email/social login, etc.) under the procedures set by the Company and uses the Service.
  6. Non-Member: A person who uses the Service via a temporary identifier without account registration (data cannot be recovered once deleted).
  7. Mobile Device: Devices such as smartphones and tablets on which the app can be installed and used.
  8. Paid Services: Services that require payment or acceptance of an agreement.
  9. Subscription: A paid service that automatically renews and charges at regular intervals.
  10. Gift Pass: An electronic voucher that enables use of paid services for a certain period.
  11. In-App Purchase: Payments processed through the app stores (Apple App Store/Google Play).
